What Gears you don't miss out when going camping?

In my case I can actually forget a few things maybe it got misplaced or due to some other circumstances during the trip. But I can never miss out carrying extra water containers in my back pack and a flashlight and a waist bag that contains a few cutting equipment and a lighter.

I don't go without these gears, which camping gears you wouldn't Miss out on when going camping?

I always have a water filter, flashlight and extra batteries, little gad stove and food.

I also try to carry a weapon. Usually a large hunting knife. Just in case.
